If I remember correctly it is one of his 2.0 programs and it's 6 workouts a week. I just finished it before my holiday... I was doing 5 workouts a week instead of the 6 but I loved it.

Btw, he is having a huge Memorial Day sale until Tuesday where all of his programs are marked way down. I was on the fence about grabbing a new program too but I am tapped out $ wise on this vacay.
Discipline and dedication yeilds results. Consistency is key.

That's what caught my attention! I found the initial price quite high. Think I'll do Gamma bomb, his newest. I'm quite happy with the program I'm on with now so will save gamma bomb for my first cycle.

I think it's a given that if you're doing a JM program you need gear?

HEy just throwing this out there. You should consider paying for the programs. Its how those guys make a living. Only fair to pay for there stuff if thats what they are asking for.

On the plus side, you get HUGE benifits if you pay for service with most of those guys. YOu get their email and constant communication, they give you a diet often , they do your supplements etc.. Its a wealth of knowledge worth the cash.

I was a client with Iron Addict (wesley silveira). Cost me around $400 to have him train me for 3 months. Worth every damn penny. That was almost 10 years ago and I still follow his advice. I bought all 3 of his books and his one book is like my bible.

9780615371504: Iron Addict'''s Principles of Fat Loss - AbeBooks: 0615371507

buy this book. Its not just about fat loss. Its about EVERYTHING. Its more knowledge in one book than most body builders will ever need.

Wes has two other books as well. "A way of change" which is more about routines and another book which is 10000's of exercises most ppl don't know about with pictures and descriptions to do them.

I'll say it again... Buy his books and its all you'll probably ever need. They won't stay in print long so buy them now. I won't even loan out my copies because I'm scared theyd go missing.

I'm not knocking Jon Meadows. I am just familar with Wes. Pay the money to have one of these high level guys train you or buy their literature. Either way you won't regret it.

PS.. I had a roomate that was trained by Jon before. He loved it.
