Hey brothers what is your favourite clean breakfast? I need ideas please and thank you

There's several different meanings of clean?

You want clean carb/protien or clean fat/protien? Or clean carb/protien/fat?

I usually dip my breakfast sausages in hand sanitizer before consumption for optimal cleanliness.

This may sound boring as hell, but Iím eating the following:
    - 6 whole eggs scrambled w/ scallions, garlic and homemade chilli oil
    - homefry style sweet potatoes baked with avocado oil, lemon juice, organic honey and chilli flakes (roughly a full yam)
    - 2 cups of broccoli lightly drizzled w/ toasted sesame seed oil and topped with a squeeze of lemon and apple cider vinegar.

Everything but the eggs are meal prepped.

2/3 cup of oats, scoop of protien powder and a bit of cinnamon. I nuke it with 400 ml of water for 130 seconds and drink it.

    Or for a treat

1/3 lb of potatoes cooked in bacon fat with a scoop of protien powder and water.

Btw I eat while I’m working in the morning so with the potatoes, I grab a few throw them in my mouth and keep going.

The total calories are about the same.

I eat either or every day.

My digestive system is pretty picky and doesn't like heavy stuff in the morning so I've essentially done protein shakes for the past 4 years. I mix in a little banana and some peanut butter or peanut butter powder. Occasionally some oat meal. I also throw in some super food berry powder from Costco and some matcha tea to add some antioxidants and vitamins. With that I take my vitamins which is fish liver oils, omega 3, multivitamins and B12. This combo makes me feel great and I'm rarely sick.

Sometimes on weekends, I eat eggs and some carbs such as bread but to me that's a treat. I really wish I could eat something like that every day but I'd feel very bloated. I'm jealous reading you guys breakfasts LOL - they sound so delicious

    Omelette/Frittata
    5 eggs (omega 3 like born 3 eggs )
4 egg whites ( i used the liquid egg whites from costco)
    Handful of spinach
Handful of cooked broccoli (left over from the night before diner)
1 Tbsp butter (for the pan)

    preheat oven 325

Saute spinach and broccoli in a oven safe frying pan for a minute of so. Then add eggs and egg whites and cook for 1-2 minutes. Transfer to oven for 5-7 minutes to finish off. ( I hate dry eggs so a little wetness on top is perfect to me )

If I am looking for extra carbs I would also add 1 cup of steel cut oats (cooked in the instapot using the recipe it came with)
